At Green Lake Town Hall. The corner of Hwy K and N
Little Green Lake is 425 acres with a max depth of 28’, and a median level of 9 feet. Little
Green Lake is a wonderful fishing lake offering Muskie, Walleye, Northern, Large Mouth Bass,
Blue gills and Crappie. In 2003 a destratification project was installed by the DNR and Little
Green Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District. This project is proving to be a great asset
to the lake in combination with weed harvesting by improving water quality and fishing.
The Little Green Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District is also pursuing aquatic plant
restoration and retention pond projects.
The Little Green Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District is making great efforts in improving
lake quality for future generations.
